Texas Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. strong-brewed coffee or water
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
    In heavy saucepan, combine margarine, shortening, coffee or water and cocoa.
    Stir and heat to boiling.
    Pour boiling mixture over flour and sugar.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
    Mix well, using wooden spoon or high speed of mixer.
    Pour into a well-butter 17 1/2 x 11-inch jellyroll pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brownies test done in center.
