Chicken Dinner In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    8 chicken parts
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms (save the juice)
    2 medium zucchini, sliced (skin on)
    1 medium onion sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 370\u00b0.
    Cut 4 twelve inch squares of heavy duty foil.
    Place 3 Tbsp. raw rice in center of foil.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and put 2 pieces on rice.
    Divide mushrooms into 4 parts and add, portion out zucchini, green pepper and onion and put on top.
    Turn up sides of foil.
    Mix tomato sauce, mushroom liquid, oregano and basil, pour sauce on chicken.
    Fold foil over food and seal, leave room on top for steam.
    Put in shallow baking pan and bake in preheated oven 1 hour.
    Open packets and sprinkle cheese on top, and serve.
