Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together,
    cutting
    shortening into dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and
    stir
    to\tsoft dough.
    Don't knead dough, just roll it out on floured board and cut.
    Brush top with buttermilk and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
