Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium to large squash
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. saltine crackers
    2 eggs
    cheese (as desired)
Preparation
    Place squash and onion in a boiler; pour enough water to cover squash.
    Boil until squash is tender.
    Add margarine; mix until margarine is melted.
    Add saltine crackers; mix well, then add eggs.
    Last, add cheese; mix well.
    Pour squash mixture into a baking dish; bake at 375\u00b0 until golden on top.
