Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
Preparation

Fix cake mix as directed on box.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Pour cake batter evenly over coconut and pecans.
Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter.
Drop by spoonfuls the cream cheese mixture over cake mix.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
