Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Red Delicious apples
4 McIntosh apples
4 green Granny apples
1 Pillsbury ready made pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. chopped butter
Preparation

Peel, core and slice all apples.
Set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add apples and mix well. Make sure all apples are coated.
Butter and flour pie dish.
Put in bottom crust.
Put in apples and put on top crust.
Flute edges.
Poke fork holes all around pie.
Mix 1 egg yolk with a little milk and brush all over pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
