Tea Time Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease a miniature muffin pan and preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cream together
butter
and
cream
cheese until well blended. Add flour and blend thoroughly.
Form 1-inch balls and flatten into muffin tins,
forming
a
crust
for
filling.
Add brown sugar and pecans to
egg;
mix well and fill each crust with 1 tablespoon of filling.
Bake
25 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
