Japanese Fruit Pies(Makes 3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flaked coconut
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust edges are golden brown.
