Pumpkin Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup fat-free cool whip
    1 package sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
Preparation
    Mix together pumpkin, spice and milk until well blended.
    Add pudding mix and beat by hand 2 minutes.
    Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
