Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
40 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

In small bowl, beat first four ingredients on low speed until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Press 1/3 of dough into bottom of pan; keep remaining dough in refrigerator.
Bake bottom crust 8 minutes; cool.
Turn oven up to 475\u00b0.
Then mix the next eight ingredients at medium speed until blended, then beat on high speed for 5 minutes.
Press 2/3 dough on sides of pan within 1-inch of top.
Pour filling into pan.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Turn oven down to 300\u00b0 and continue baking for 50 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave inside for 30 more minutes.
Cool out of oven for 30 more minutes, then refrigerate.
