Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 c. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. raw vegetables (your choice)
1/2 c. cooked chicken bits
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Blend cornstarch with small amount of cold stock in a large saucepan.
Add the rest of the stock, mixing well, and then remaining ingredients except eggs.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until clear, stirring occasionally.
Slowly stir in eggs.
Season to taste.
