Blueberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh blueberries
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Place blueberries in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix the flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, milk and baking powder.
Pour batter over berries.
Mix 1 cup sugar and cornstarch.
Pour over batter.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
