No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. stew meat
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix together in casserole dish with tight lid.
    Bake 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
    No peeking.
    If you omit onion soup and water, you can just use two cans of soup.
    Spread on top of meat and cover with foil and don't peek.
    Serve with noodles or potatoes.
