Microwave Mornay Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook milk in 1-quart glass bowl on High until hot, about 2 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
