Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. plus 4 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/3 c. ice water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in a bowl; add Crisco.
    Mix with fork until crumbly.
    Add ice water one tablespoon at a time.
    Make 2 equal balls of dough.
    Roll crust between wax paper.
