Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 gal. cooked shrimp, diced
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. olives diced (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Marinate cooked macaroni mixed with lemon juice and vegetable oil overnight.
    Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers.
    Serves 12.
