Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 medium onion, chopped
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle with either crumbled potato chips of bread crumbs.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
