Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 heaping c. prunes, chopped, preferably cooked
1 c. buttermilk (with 1 tsp. soda)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat oil and eggs.
Mix all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture alternately with milk.
Cook at 275\u00b0
for more than an hour until done in 2 greased 8-inch pans.
