Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart water
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cubed
Preparation

Bring to boil first four ingredients and cook for twenty minutes, covered. Add carrots, potatoes and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese, heat until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
