Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 med. onions, chopped
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. celery
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1- 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef until browned. Add in onions, green peppers, and celery; cook until tender (about 5 min.). Stir in tomatoes, sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
