Crabmeat Cream Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. imitation crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and nuts. Finely chop crabmeat in food processor and stir into mixture. Chill. Form 1/2-inch balls and roll in chopped nuts.
