Peasant Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled potatoes
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cooked smoked sausage or cooked diced ham
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    graham cracker crumbs
    desired amount of Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes & eggs & layer in buttered baking dish alternately with sour cream, salt & pepper, meat, and cheese & crumbs. Pour cream over top and add more cheese & crumbs to top. Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until hot clear through.
    * I have never used the cream in this, but I substitute regular milk instead.
