Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 bay leaves
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 lb. raw ground beef
    1 lb. raw ground pork
    1 lb. spaghetti
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. kidney beans, heated through
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. any yellow grated cheese
Preparation
    Stir first 16 ingredients and bring to boil, then add beef and pork.
    Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    When ready, prepare spaghetti, cooked with oil.
    Serve chili mixture over the cooked spaghetti. In three separate bowls, prepare the garnishes (remaining ingredients).
    These are then served over the chili and spaghetti.
