Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular crab meat
    2 slices wet bread
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper or to taste
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place crab meat in a bowl.
    Add wet bread (sprinkle bread with water and press out excess moisture).
    Break into very small bits. Add salt, pepper and red pepper to taste.
    Add lightly beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and mayonnaise.
