Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oleo
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
3 to 5 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured two (8 or 9-inch) cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost with chocolate or cream cheese frosting.
