Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large tomato, peeled and quartered
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and quartered
    1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
    1 medium bell pepper, quartered and seeded
    1 medium to large carrot, peeled and cut into 3-inch strips
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 pkg. (envelopes) plain gelatin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take quartered vegetable pieces and grind in a meat or vegetable grinder.
    If you don't have a grinder, a food processor set on finely minced setting should do okay.
    Pour ground mixture into a colander and drain juice into a separate bowl, keeping 4 tablespoons of vegetable juice.
