Jamaican Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. black beans (rinse and soak overnight)
    6 c. water
    18 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 can beer
    1/4 c. dark rum
    4 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. crushed tomatoes (canned)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh preferably)
Preparation
    Drain black beans.
    In large saucepan, add water, chicken bouillon, beer, rum, garlic and onion.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 more hour.
    Serve as is or with sour cream on top.
    Delicious on top of rice.
