Crabmeat Maryland - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 qt. milk
6 cans (8 oz. each) crabmeat
1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sherry
dash of lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of nutmeg
parsley
Preparation

In a large pan melt butter.
Work in flour and then add milk. Stir constantly until white sauce is thick.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat until all ingredients are hot.
Serve from a chafing dish with toast rounds or your favorite crackers.
