Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. summer squash, sliced and cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix squash, onion, margarine, soup, sour cream, salt,
pepper and 2/3 cup of stuffing mix.
Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
Spread remaining stuffing mix on top of casserole and dot with margarine.
Cook until brown on top.
