Chocolate Fudge Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/8 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all in blender until well blended.
    Spray muffin pan with Pam coating.
    Half fill a larger pan with water to place muffin pan in.
    Place the water pan on lowest rack of oven.
    Fill muffin tins 1/4 to 1/3 full.
    Carefully place muffin pan into water bath on bottom shelf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn pan if uneven cooking is occurring.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer until edges are pulling away from pan.
    Turn off oven and leave them in another 5 minutes until they are \"set.\"
    Take out of pan using a blunt knife to help lift them up.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
