Broccoli-Rice-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. (more if desired) cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta, cut in pieces (more for top)
1/2 stick oleo
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in oleo until begins to dissolve.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and extra cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
