Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    4 gloves garlic
    3/4 c. parsley
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. flavored bread crumbs
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 c. sherry
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Separate stems and caps.
    Chop stems and saute with onions. Mix all remaining ingredients, then add mushroom stems and onions. Stuff mushroom caps and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
