Egg Nog Non-Alcoholic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. heavy cream, chilled
    8 c. milk, chilled
    1 to 2 tsp. rum flavoring
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks unti light and fluffy.
    Gradually beat in half of the sugar.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy and gradually beat in remaining sugar.
    Fold whites into yolks.
    Add cream, milk and flavoring.
    Stir well to combine.
    Pour in punch bowl and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Serves about 40 punch cup servings.
