Chocolate Velvet Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine ingredients; cook over medium heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Chill.
Makes about 1 pint.
It takes quite a long time to cook.
