Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    23 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar slowly.
    Add the other ingredients and put into greased pie tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip and nuts.
    Makes its own crust.
