Pork Tenderloin(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins
    salt
    pepper
    sage
    nutmeg
    olive oil
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. onion
    bay leaf
    2 c. red wine
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Rub tenderloins with salt, pepper, sage and nutmeg.
    Brown in olive oil on stove.
    Add garlic, parsley, onion, bay leaf, red wine and consomme.
    Transfer to baking or roasting pan.
    Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Slice when cooled.
