Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Place on greased, flat casserole dish.
    Add an additional 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter over top.
    Optional:
    Sprinkle top with Rice Krispies. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
