Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 slices bread
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put brown sugar in bottom of double boiler; break one slice of bread over sugar.
Add raisins.
Break another slice of bread over ingredients.
In bowl, mix egg, milk, salt and vanilla and turn over bread mixture.
Cook until knife comes out clean.
Turn out onto a large plate with a lot of delicious brown sugar syrup.
