Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed butter crackers
Preparation

Drain the pineapple juice into a bowl. Add the sugar and flour and mix well. Stir in the pineapple chunks and cheese. Spoon into a casserole. Top with the cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
