Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 to 2 boxes lasagna sheets
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can pureed tomatoes
    1/4 c. oregano
    1/4 c. basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour oil in a medium to large pot and add chopped onion and garlic.
    Let brown.
    Add ground beef.
    Let brown.
    Drain and add tomato sauce and pureed tomatoes and 8 ounces water.
    In a separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, parsley, Mozzarella cheese and eggs. Boil lasagna sheets.
    In a baking dish, put one layer meat sauce, one layer lasagna sheets and one layer cheese mix and repeat steps and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered with foil.
