Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. bell pepper, ground
1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bottle Certo
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Boil 1 minute.
Stand for 10 minutes.
Add coloring and Certo. Stand for 10 minutes.
