Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. White Sauce
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 can green chili peppers
    1 lb. hominy, drained
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter. When limp, add chili pepper. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add White Sauce, hominy and cheese. Put in buttered casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle dash cayenne and paprika on top before baking.
