Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cleaned, scraped and cut into slices
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick oleo
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water with small amount of sugar until tender.
    Drain and place in buttered casserole dish.
    Melt together the cheese and oleo; pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Makes a big dish.
