2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can (4.5 oz.) green chiles, chopped
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheese - cheddar, taco-seasoned, or combined cheddar and Monterey Jack
Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and salsa
