Peaches And Cream Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, undrained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 8-inch cake or pie pan.
Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid.
Set peach liquid aside.
Arrange peach slices over the batter.
