Low Carb Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini squash, sliced
    2 yellow squash, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    Atkins chips
Preparation
    Stir-fry the squash and onion in butter until slightly tender, but still crisp. Do not add salt. Combine remaining ingredients with squash and put in a casserole dish. Top with Atkins chips and cheese. You can also use regular chips, seasoned dressing or crackers as a topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
