Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. Butter Buds (powder)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams
2 medium potatoes, chopped
Preparation

Simmer chopped onion and celery in microwave in the milk and 1 teaspoon Butter Buds until vegetables are soft.
Add clams and potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Thicken with instant mashed potatoes.,
Add no salt; celery has all that's needed for flavor.
Calories:
125 per 1/2 cup; low cholesterol, low fat and low calorie.
