Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat spinach until melted only.
Drain well.
Mix sour cream and onion soup mix and add to spinach.
Put in baking dish and top with crumbs and cheese.
Dot with margarine.
Bake 20 minutes, covered, at 375\u00b0.
Uncover and bake a little longer until brown. Serves 6 .
