Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated, uncooked yellow squash
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
    Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
    Add flour and eggs.
    Stir well.
    Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Drop squash mixture by tablespoon into hot margarine. Cook until golden brown, turning once.
