Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain well. Blend in blender until smooth. Set aside.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Combine with other ingredients, including squash.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake another 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
